Each trunk is placed in the care of an individual craftsman.
There's enough time to do everything right.
There's no such thing as an unimportant detail at Jared. Our
accessories are crafted as carefully as our trunks - inside and out.
A pair of trunks in Standard and Shipping sizes. We're happy
to provide matching items - today, or ten years from now. We keep
our designs on file, so the Shipping trunk you order in the future
will match the Standard you ordered yesterday.
Each trunk is carefully polished. You can see each trunk's
reflection in its mate. Our polycarbonate panels are painted on
the inside, so a scratch or bump won't destroy the appearance
of the trunk.
Our trunks aren't just pretty on the outside. Our storage
trays are sturdy, and they are precisely fitted, by hand, to each trunk.
Edges are rounded. Corners are precisely mitered. This kind
of work isn't done by machines on an assembly line overseas - it's
done by people who aren't satisfied until the job is done right.
Our hinges are made with thick metal and hand-fitted. Jared's trunks
are ready for years of real-world use.
Some folks can't bear to let trunks this nice get scratched
up, so we offer customized covers complete with lined openings
for the handles.
